Cheese and Chicken Enchiladas
non-stick cooking spray
frozen chopped onions
2 large cans of chopped chicken
3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 1/2 cups chunky salsa
1/2 of an 8-oz package cream cheese
8 (7-8″) flour tortillas (and we’ll make corn tortillas for dad)
We’ll triple the recipe
Then, we’ll have chips and salsa and some chicken-flavored rice.
