Working Genius

Like it or love it, Lencioni has a particular writing style that suits him well. Starting with a fable and then moving toward the principles and mechanisms that drive his business mindset, Lencioni gives the reader a chance to begin by activating his/her imagination through story-telling before moving into the nuts and bolts of the principles and techniques. Working Genius is no different, only this time, the book is intended to be accompanied with a personal assessment test (similar to a personality test) that gives the reader a gauge on where he/she falls in the spectrum of the 6 Working Genius profiles. 

We went through this assessment process (which only takes a few minutes) with our staff team and compared notes and shared thoughts and highlights we learned about ourselves and each other. The insights and learnings we discovered have been incredibly helpful to our organization. I would absolutely recommend this resource for teams of all shapes and sizes who are trying to learn each other better so that their interactions with one another on a professional and personal level will push the organization forward
