How do you ration indoor city water???

Well, we’re about to find out. We were just informed tonight, that because of the drought, Monroe is in immediate need for changes. We are down to 100 days of water in our county and our water bill is automatically raised by 15%. Not only that, but if we go over the allotted amount per family we will be getting charged 5 times the normal sum. Looks like we’ll be “saving the flushes” again=)
